  2. The tutorial was a help, but didn’t go far enough. To copy a record, click the HOME tab. Click MORE. An entire list of ALL of the database items appears. Most aren’t checked. Check them all. Close. Now, all items are displayed. Copy that, and you will duplicate the entire record. Then paste. Most companies have the same address, close e-mail address, etc. Just edit the new copies. Hope this helps.
